James A. Hardee, one of the best known farmers of the township died at his home in Browns Valley Thursday. Funeral services were held at the Primitive Baptist Church in Browns valley on Saturday morning. Burial at Indian Creek Cemetery. He is survived by his widow and three daughters, Mrs. Dora Swisher, Mrs. Elsie Starnes and Lillian Hardee and one son, Roy. Four daughters, one of whom was Mrs. Ben Johnson are dead. -- kbz
